By accessing SteelCrest Equipment's website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them before purchasing.
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is fulfilled. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable local taxes, which vary by jurisdiction.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed when you receive a written order confirmation from us and payment has been received or is in process.
We accept bank wire transfer, business and cashier's checks, and credit card payments processed by phone. Orders are held until payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment has not been received within 5 business days.
Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery and noting any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
Our liability under these terms is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
