All orders include free curbside freight delivery to the lower 48 contiguous United States. The price shown on each product page includes freight — no shipping fee is added at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping notification with tracking information when your machine ships.
All machines are delivered by flatbed truck freight to curbside. Delivery is to the nearest accessible point at the delivery address. A forklift or liftgate is strongly recommended for offloading. Our carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery window.
Inspect your machine thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery paperwork before you sign. Contact us at (888) 392-5814 within 48 hours of delivery if you discover damage — freight claims must be reported promptly.
Machine pickup is not available at our facilities. All orders are fulfilled by freight shipping from our US warehouse locations.
